Cocoa brown sugar body scrub (home made)

Hi 
I’ve been using lots of body skin care. And my one of my favorite is body scrub. Of cause I have my favorite brands, and I’ve spend lots of money on it. Well… for girls like us we’re  prefer to have our skin look nice and clean. 
  But now I don’t really have to worry to spend money (so much) on the skin care product any more. 
  Because I have a gorgeous and easy body scrub recipe. And I like to share with you. ;)
 ♥It so easy !! Hop in to your kitchen and let’s start!!

We need: 
Mixing pot or the cup you not use it anymore. 
Container w/the cap (pretty one or recycle one)
Organic brown sugar about 4tbs. 
Almond oil or olive oil 2 1/2 tbs. 
Honey about 1 1/2 tsp. 
Cocoa powder (the one that you use to make a hot cocoa) 1tsp. 
A spoon. 

Let’s start. !!

Put brown sugar and cocoa powder to mixing cup. Add almond oil mix it up well , add honey and mix all together fine. And add you body scrub in to container close it up with the lid or cap. 
That’s it!!! We done!!

Now go try it !! Just so you know I try it today and now I’m relaxing in my bed with the pampered skin ever I been use all type of body scrub. You should try it when you have time!!!

Tips: If it too worry for you home made body scrub will go bad, store it in the fridge will make it much longer(^_^)~*

We need:

Pork chili basil. (ผัดกระเพราหมู)
Mily’s secret recipe♡

We need: (for2ppl)

Pork tenderloin for 2 ppl. 
Fresh chili (the tiny red one)
                 : as much as you can handle. 
Garlic 1-2 pieces 
Sweet basil
                :as much as you like.
                 (I put lots)
String beans: as much as you like. 
(red)bell pepper:1/2. 
Oyster sauce 2-3 Tb. 
Brown sugar  1/2 tb. Or any kind. 
Grapes seeds oil/ any kind
Coconut milk/ low fat milk /soy milk 
:100 ml. 

“HEAT UP YOUR STOLVE” 
•cut/slide pork big enough for your bite 
•cut string beans 1”inch leigh. 
•cut (red)bell pepper to tiny square pieces. 
•mash fresh chili and garlic 
•heat grapes seeds oil in stir fried pan 
•when pan heating hot enough put chili/garlic mash ,allow w/pork 
•heat and mix for a little bit ,allow with coconut milk /milk. Heat and mix it. Allow with oyster sauce and sugar. 
•put string beans and bell pepper, stir it
•put sweet basil mix it all up. 
“and serve”

It could be so spicy if you add more chili. If you not eat spicy at all just cut cili out from the recipe. ♡

Yummy and healthy Snack for your doggies!!

Always I love to feed my dogs snack but sometime they are gain weight and I’m start to worried, That they might no healthy. I got this from my good friend who’s really love dog and plus I’ve been research about it.

 CARROT is one of very good snack for you loves doggies, because Vitamin A(and it taste sweet by natural!) help they body building healthy skin, help they are digestion, coat and it not smelly when after they went to do that toilet time…

Just wash you Carrots peel it or not peel it.cut it as the shape the you like. small cubes is also good for trend you dogs.put it in the ziplock bag and keep if in the fridge. and feed you dog as snack!!! Try it they love Carrots believe me!!

Mily’s kitchen Real easy way to make meatball and hamburger (by Milymali)

Garlic Hamburger (mily’s kitchen style)

For 4 people.

Ingredient

Ground Pork 700g.

Garlic(chop or mashed very tiny peaces) 2 Lobes.

Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp.

Honey  1 Tbsp.

Maggie sauce 1 Tbsp.

Japanese soy sauce 1Tbsp.

Black pepper (how you like).

Mixing bowl (small size) or any bowl you have.

Grapes seed oil 2 Tbsp.

Pan

and Spatula

How to:

~Pork are already in the mixing bowl, put the chopped Garlic and mix it keep mix until it blend together. Then put Honey, Oyster sauce, Japanese soy sauce in to mixing bolw with the pork mix it and at last put Black Pepper and mix it again.

~When all the ingredients are already mixed and look like ready to make Hamburger. so lets make a hamburger balls, … Take the mixe pork in the mixing bowl, gusse it enough to make a hamburger ball size twice bigger then ping pong (Table tennis) ball, make the hamburger balls until all pork that you mixed are finnish.

~We got the hamburger balls now… lets lightly smash (lightly please!!) the hamburger balls we made to the round pad(remember your hamburger are shouldn’t be too thin!). Make all of it.

~Put you pan on the stove heat grapes seed oil in the pan until it hot as medium hot, paned you hamburger, use spatula flip it over and over for not to let you hamburger get burn, until it cooked ….and I guess you ready to serve now!!!

**Dinning table tips: serve with rice and chilly sauce, any of you favorite sauce or gravy or even curry!!!

Potato and Apple stir fried,Easy & Yumm!!

Dear everyone. 

Such a century I haven’t update my Cooking blog. So much traveling going on since I’ve been gone from this page. 
I do love cooking and always missing my kitchen. 
So yesterday was a right time to cook and enjoy breakfast at home with my husband. 
I had made a really yummy simple fried for us. I got this recipe from my friend’s mother and I try it. So you guys should try it’s healthy and boost up your energy. Great menu for start your day. 

♥Let’s get it ready.
(for 4 people) 
Apple 1
Boiled or Baked Sweet potato 1
Lemon 1/2 (made it up to few -slides and keep the rest for juice)
Pineapple 1/4 (I couldn’t find it so I don’t put it this time)
Butter 1 1/2 tbs
Salt 1/2 ts
Brown or with sugar 2tbs

♥Heat up your stove. 

-Cut all the material in square shape just a good side to serve. 

- Stir butter in fried pan until it melt nicely ( remind ur self that the stove have to be nicely middle heat)

-Put apple to pan firs stir it. Heat the stove up a bit. Stir apple until almost cook.

-Put Boiled/baked sweet potato and pineapple stir it together. 

-Put lemon slides and limonite juice and lower heat a little bit. 
-Put salt and allow with sugar stir it until all look cooked and smell good. 
And serve★





Ps. You can also replace the toast w/this recipe. :)

Hello everyone.

I’m living in Tokyo for a few years and love love love to eat ,cook and find thw new place to go get chance to try new kind of food..

 This summer my girls friends was work in the cute French Restaurant. Called “La Cantine du Midi” It’s on the conner of Shirokane dai, Tokyo area..

 The food is very good, worth you spend not so pricy and the place is not too big make you feeling like home made food and some of my girl friends still work there. the chef is very kind. I’m sure you will have a good try to enjoy good meal and relax.

 Also they do the event space for Birthday and any special event.
